Git has a way to get commits made in the last "time duration". Please extend this to /review including uncomitted changes.

diffpane does something similar. It snapshots HEAD when you start it and shows all changes since that point in real time. So if you open it alongside Codex, you get a running view of everything the agent changed in this session.
