This is likely because you have two copies installed — perhaps one locally and one globally, or one installed with brew and one installed with npm. Try

It may relates to nvm? I installed codex in node v22.12 and also in node v22.22 at the same time

After I removed the other node versions ,problem remains the same.
Sorry, I figured that my npm source DOES NOT sync the codex's update.
