Codex CLI works but Codex Extension is not responsive on Nvidia Spark DGX VS Code

What issue are you seeing?
codex extension installed and logged in but thinking + reconnecting and then just not responsive, codex CLi works just fine.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Nvidia DGX Spark install VS Code and then install codex extension, converse with the Codex.
What is the expected behavior?
no response with thinkg and reconnecting running forever.
