Weekly Limit Drops Quickly Compared to 5-Hour Limit

What issue are you seeing?

Weekly limit was reset about 24 hours ago, I haven't hit any 5-hour limit, usage in current window looks moderate but weekly limit drops to 54%.

(local time is 5:01pm now)

Usage breakdown also appear to be a lot lower than the past few days

Is the weekly counter over-counting usage? Is there any activities being charged invisibly or at a higher weight than shown in the breakdown?
