• Thread renamed to agent-installer, to resume this thread run codex resume agent-installer
$ codex resume agent-installer
ERROR: No saved session found with ID agent-installer. Run codex resume without an ID to choose from existing sessions.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

codex should correctly resume the renamed session.

when i try to resume with the session id(such as 019d42b8-e9b2-7a52-ace7-8d641xxxxxxx), it works ok
