What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Version 26.325.31654

What subscription do you have?

Using through Oracle Code Assist

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 25.2.0 arm64 arm

What issue are you seeing?

  1. When I open an image from the chat, it renders partially underneath the macos window "stoplight" controls.

  1. The plugin creation menu renders out-of-window

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open a full-size image from the chat and/or press the button to create plugins.

What is the expected behavior?

  1. Opened images either do not overlap with the stoplight buttons, or render on top of them.
  2. The menu is actually visible
