What subscription do you have?
compatible api
Which model were you using?

What platform is your computer?
Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19045.0 x64
What terminal emulator and version are you using (if applicable)?
Powershell
What issue are you seeing?
Codex CLI will still prompt for the previous version update even after choosing to update and restarting; restarting Codex again produces the same result.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
