Opening Codex app causes Chrome / VS Code / Fork to hang on macOS

What issue are you seeing?

When I open the Codex app on my MacBook Pro M2 Max (already updated to the latest version), I notice that when I try to open other apps such as Chrome, VS Code, or Fork, they keep bouncing in the Dock and never respond.

Also, running curl commands in the terminal gets stuck. However, Safari can still open normally, and internet access still works.

Once I close the Codex app or force quit it from Activity Monitor, everything else goes back to normal.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Install the latest version of the Codex app, launch it, and then follow the steps described above.
