What issue are you seeing?

Whenever i try to install the GitHub plugin, it fails. Experienced across the cli, app and vscode extension.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just go onto the plugins section and then try to install one of them.

What is the expected behavior?

It should successfully install the selected plugin.
