Prompts are no longer allowed! I tried to access prompt's but I got nothing!

This is a terrible mistake! No should need to make a folder just to make a markdown file with simple instructions.
Prompts could and should have arguments! Skills shouldn't! A skill is a tool for telling the agent what to understand about the tools I'm using!
Prompts are how I tell my agent what to do at a specific time! The fact that you could pass arguments is what made them cool!
