Add a preview for queued prompts in the IDE extension

What feature would you like to see?

Allow users to preview the full content of queued prompts directly from the queue, without needing to open them first. A tooltip is one possible solution, but any clear and lightweight interaction would work.

Additional information

This could be implemented with a tooltip or any other lightweight preview pattern. Users can currently read the prompt by clicking to edit it, but doing so removes the prompt from the queue. The goal is to let users preview the full prompt without changing its queued state.
