Override allowed_domains for specific rules

What feature would you like to see?

With Rules (https://developers.openai.com/codex/rules) we have a flexible way to allow|prompt|forbid specific matching commands. It would be helpful, if we could also specify/restrict the allowed_domains during the command invocation.

For instance, for cURL we would like to allow 127.0.01 / localhost or a specific dev server, but keep everyone else under the (stricter) application-wide configuration.
