What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

26.325.31654

What subscription do you have?

Plus

What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

When opening the Find/Search widget, the container spawns at the absolute top right of the application window.
It overlaps directly with the standard OS window controls (Minimize, Maximize/Restore, Close).
This layout issue obstructs the UI, making it difficult or impossible to click the window controls or the right-most options on the search widget without accidental clicks.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

  1. Launch the Codex App.
  2. Trigger the search/find widget by pressing Ctrl + F.
  3. Look at the top right corner of the window and observe the widget overlapping the window management buttons (Minimize, Maximize, Close).

What is the expected behavior?

The search widget should spawn below the application's title bar/window controls, or the layout should prevent elements from rendering over the standard OS window buttons.
