Make notification prompts in the message stream a different colour from all the other grey content.

Currently when Codex needs permission to run a tool or something, this appears in a grey box in the message stream that is visually almost indistinguishable from all the other grey boxes in the message stream.
If one of the boxes in the message stream is a notification requiring input, an obvious improvement would be to give it a colour that makes it stand out from all the other grey boxes that are just content.
