Tagged files with square brackets in the name do not render properly

What issue are you seeing?

When I tag a dynamic file like Next.js dynamic routes, it is not rendering in message UI due to markdown URL format (I think?)

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Tag a file containing square brackets. For example: [id].tsx

What is the expected behavior?
