What issue are you seeing?

I asked codex to do something and first it replied to that message, but then they replied to the message before the last one (forgetting to reply to the final message). I experienced it both on CLI as well as in the Desktop App.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

Codex should always reply to the last message (I didn't steer many messages, or queue them etc. it was only one message)
