Task status never update throughout session

What platform is your computer?
Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64
What issue are you seeing?
Task tracking will get stuck in first task throughout a session, always showing "0 out of X tasks completed" until entire session finished even tho all tasks eventually completed.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
use /plan mode to setup multiple tasks, also using superpower skill
What is the expected behavior?
Task will be marked as finished as session progress

Could it be a superpower skill bug with codex?
