When using sub-agents, the diff shown after the changes do not reflect all sub-agents

What issue are you seeing?

The diff shown at the end of a Codex task with sub-agents does not reflect all of the changes made by all of the sub-agents.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Run any task that requires changes to the code by two sub-agents. The diff shown at the end won't include all changes.
Each sub-agent also doesn't show a diff at all.

What is the expected behavior?

The diff should show all changes by all sub-agents.
The sub-agents should show their own diffs.
