App: Add configurable 'Queue Next' keyboard shortcut (separate from Queue Last and Steer)

What variant of Codex are you using?
App (desktop)
What feature would you like to see?
Please add a dedicated Queue Next keyboard shortcut in the Codex App.
Current behavior I’m using is:
Enter-> queue last/send behaviorCmd+Enter-> Steer
I’d like a third, explicit action for Queue Next so I can move through queued follow-ups quickly without overloading Steer/Enter semantics.
Ideal behavior:
- A first-class
Queue Nextaction in the composer/thread controls. - A default keybinding (or unbound by default) plus fully configurable remapping in Keyboard Shortcuts.
- Works consistently with existing queue settings and composer enter behavior preferences.
- Visible in shortcut docs/UI so users can discover it.
Additional information
I use queue-heavy workflows and this would reduce friction when juggling multiple queued follow-ups. A related bug issue exists for Cmd+Enter reliability (#11060), but this request is for a new dedicated action/binding.
