What issue are you seeing?
When I first logged into Codex, it asked me for an API key which i provided. It worked for a bit and then started giving me the error: Quota exceeded. Check your plan and billing details.
I checked my account and I have used less than a dollar out of the $120 i have in it. I tried logging out and logging in again, provided the key again but the issue still persists.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
I should still be able to query the model.

Some thing is happening to me with an "unlimited" enterprise account.

I am running the codex app downloaded from the windows store:

I am on Windows 11.
I have rebooted, logged out of codex and back in. The login was failing via the normal SSO login, but i created an API key and was able to get back into the app, but it gives me the above error if I try to ask anything.
