What issue are you seeing?

When I first logged into Codex, it asked me for an API key which i provided. It worked for a bit and then started giving me the error: Quota exceeded. Check your plan and billing details.
I checked my account and I have used less than a dollar out of the $120 i have in it. I tried logging out and logging in again, provided the key again but the issue still persists.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

I should still be able to query the model.
