What issue are you seeing?

When I am answering questions in plan mode and I press tab to insert my own info, I right click to paste text from somewhere else (such as a voice to text tool) it skips the questions, leaves them unanswered.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Simply start planning with Codex and press tab to add your own text, right click to paste, it skips the questions

What is the expected behavior?

All the other CLI's accept right click pasting.
