Agent environment and integrated terminal shell tied to the project rather than general setting for windows codex app

What variant of Codex are you using?
App Windows
What feature would you like to see?
I would like to see that the agent environment and the integrated terminal shell they should not be linked to a general configuration but should be more project oriented because if we are using WSL environment in the codex app then it should be using the agent environment and the integrated terminal as the WSL and when it's using windows native stuff we should be working with windows native PowerShell or command prompt.
