Either I actually got 4%, and it's not allowing me to use it, or this is a frontend UI bug. I think it's the latter.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Switch between business seats in the extension on VS Code.
What is the expected behavior?
Either correct 5h session usage displayed or enable us to use all of it.

I logged back into the account, and it went to 0%; it took some OAuths to nudge it back to 0%.
Maybe a backend problem ofc.
Also in Codex CLI my usage doesn't update:

I'm pretty sure I had 0% in that account, should've said that. It may have received a stale read from the previous account.
BTW, it doesn't update on that meter below the command line; it does when I use the /status command.

It happened again, I opened back VS Code, and it's at 4%.
It was just about to reset, or maybe it already did at that point, maybe logging back in the CLI app updated it. It's having some usage update errors for sure.
Limit goes down so fast that it even gets bugged.
It is insane.
My limit goes down at 5% per minute with medium thinking... based on my previous usage burning rate I would say it goes 10 to 20 times faster than before.
That puts new 100$ subscription (with the x5 with promotion -> so x10) not that far from the previous plus....
This is insane tbh.
