win11版本26.406.31014点击右上角的“X”，app不会完全退出，后台依然有codex进程，导致下一次无法正常打开程序，必须手动用“任务管理器”杀死codex进程，才能打开程序。【File】--【Exit】可以正常退出，不影响下次打开。
程序界面，左上角的【新线程】无法点击，需要点击【切换边栏】隐藏边栏后，才能有触发有效的【新线程】。
