Pressing "Back to app" not working

No action...

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Go to File -> Settings, try to press "Back to app", but no action, no mouse pointer change, as if it were disabled.

What is the expected behavior?

The action to go back...

Additional information

But the smaller toolbar-level navigate back button works.
