No action...
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Go to File -> Settings, try to press "Back to app", but no action, no mouse pointer change, as if it were disabled.
What is the expected behavior?
The action to go back...

But the smaller toolbar-level navigate back button works.

same issue + cant restart if close codex until i close it in tab manager

Pressing ESC will get you back for now.
