Codex is stuck at 'working' if i change network, mid request

What steps can reproduce the bug?

There are multiple times that codex is stuck at working.

I noticed this happening if I open the lid of my macbook and connect to a new wifi (ie I go work from a coffee).

After connecting to a new wifi, the ongoing request I had earlier is stuck, so I press Esc to interrupt it. However, the current conversation is stuck. Even if I interrupt it and send a new message, codex is stuck in working forever. The same thing happens even if i 'exit' the current conversation and do codex resume. The convo is just dead forever.
