Return context-usage as simple percent number in CLI

When upgrading from 0.118.0 to 0.120.0, the context-usage as simple percent number in the /statusline is gone, and re-enabling "context-usage" in /statusline settings gives me this:

This is a "feature for the sake of feature", and an anti-feature in fact, because I much prefer a simple and precise percent number (e.g., 46%) than guesswork from this progress bar.
