When you click "Review changes" you see a tab with progress, artifacts, sources, and context, not the diffs.

Click "Review changes"

Do you have .git folder in your base folder?
No, I do not. My base folder contains all the git repos I work across. This has worked for the code review feature until recently. I will say that does cause the AI to be confused from time to time, but the issues have been minor and it typically finds its way since I have AGENTS.md and even an agents repo full of instructions.
