[Feature Request | Codex App] Show Updated Files in a Tree View in Final Deliveries Reports

What feature would you like to see?

I request a feature that Codex app show updated files in a tree view in the final delivery reports.
The problem exists that we can't comprehend which files were updated in a quick glance.

As shown in the following screenshot, codex app shows updated files in a scattered order. If we take a glance at which files they updated, this UI is blocking it.

If codex app shows them in a tree view, it will be easier to catch up with what they did.
