Codex ripped through quota today on my Plus account within 15-20 minutes!

What issue are you seeing?

Today, I tried out GPT-5.4 (xhigh, standard) with a new plugin, called "Test Android Apps". And suddenly, my quota dropped around 30% within a few minutes. I was shocked to see it, but not too surprised, because it also made screenshots and different tasks running in the background.

But once it decreased my quota to 12%, I wanted to find out if that really was the only issue. So I made a few standard prompts "ship this to my phone", "we are at only 12% quota now" etc. And AGAIN, I could see my quota drop within seconds by a few %! I have never seen my quota disappear like that ever before!

Therefore, my 5 hour quota dropped by around 97% within 15-20 minutes, which normally took me around 2 hours to reach!!

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

5 hour quota drops by like 40% - 60% overall.

Additional information

Even though the 2x quota isn't in effect anymore, please let us use more quota within 5 hours or decrease the time we have to wait for a refresh.

Overall, the quota is very low now for me as a Plus user and I'll have to consider other options if this keeps happening...
