What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

The CodeX app is exhibiting an issue where sessions are displayed incorrectly. For example, the CLI can display the context correctly, but the app shows outdated content. Further testing revealed that forking a new session (thread) within the same project directory resulted in the forked thread becoming the same old process as the initial session after restarting the CodeX app. This issue also occurred when forking the same session in a new project.
