What issue are you seeing?

Upgraded .118 to .120 and noticed an immediate degradation in coding quality. It keeps implementing partial plans and then asking to keep going. The quality of that code generated are abysmal. It now constantly interrupts that the content_filter is blocking.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Update to .120, try to use Azure Foundry OpenAI keys

What is the expected behavior?

No content_filter bug, quality plan implementation.

Additional information

I rolled back to .118 and the problems went away.
