codex-cli 0.121.0).If you're able to repro this, please use
/feedbackto upload your logs and session details. This will help us determine whether the model (or responses endpoint) is duplicating the output, whether the harness is duplicating the output into the rollout transcript, or whether it's a TUI-level display issue.I'm going to close this in favor of #14805, where we're already tracking a similar issue.
