What issue are you seeing?
As happened more than a month ago after a Codex CLI version update, I am once again experiencing a large number of failed tool executions inside the sandbox without any clear reason. I would appreciate it if more attention were paid to this aspect in future updates, since this is not the first time this has happened.

0.122.0and see if it fixes this? I'll re-open if its not fixed!@viyatb-oai Nope, I've been running into this all morning. In fact, also ran into codex thinking it had no outbound internet access. Had to close it and restart it. I'm on OpenAI Codex (v0.124.0)
