Failed to apply patch seems to get classified as a sandbox issue

What version of Codex CLI is running?

codex 0.0.0 (it is a forked verion of codex which i've added some things on top off, but i'm pretty sure i did not touch core)

What subscription do you have?

Pro Plan (200$)

Which model were you using?

GPT-5.4 xhigh

What platform is your computer?

Linux (Fedora 43, 6.19.12-200.fc43.x86_64)

What terminal emulator and version are you using (if applicable)?

ghostty

What issue are you seeing?

Sometimes failed to apply patch issues are classified as sandbox issues, and when it fails, it will get stuck doom-looping.

I will note that i am running my forked version of codex cli (https://github.com/rktmeister/codex), but I'm pretty sure i didnt' touch core in my forked version
