What issue are you seeing?
When I use ChatGPT in VSCode (Codex), after adding the Code, the ChatGPT app shows the info "Code (Inactive)". The latest version of the ChaTGPT app and the latest Codex extension are installed. Interestingly, I used the oldest Codex version 0.1.1741261060 (one year ago), which works very well with Code. Can the team fix the issue for the latest version? Thanks a lot.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Just use the latest Codex extension and ChatGPT app, and then select "working with Code"; you will see the Code (Inactive).
What is the expected behavior?

The issue is from the Codex extension.
