What variant of Codex are you using?
APP & CLI
What feature would you like to see?
Please please please please OpenAI add workspaces like i've done in my down Pi-desktop application. Inspired by Arc/Zen browser and other great UI/UX from softwares we all love and use everyday.
We really need a way to organise life/projects better than just a sidebar with 500 project/folders which can only be open/closed via dropdown.

Checkout how I have done in my app: https://github.com/gustavonline/pi-desktop

Or like the Arc/Zen browser is doing it: https://docs.zen-browser.app/user-manual/workspaces

Adding a closely related use case: please support user-defined session groups in the sidebar, separate from projects and workspaces.
Users should be able to create, rename, reorder, and collapse groups, and drag sessions between them, with an Ungrouped section as the fallback.
Group membership should be UI-only metadata and should not change a session’s workspace, context, files, or history. This would make managing many concurrent Codex sessions much easier.
Claude supports this since long time ago. Chatgpt app is way behind.
