Let user change reasoning level/model when accepting a plan

What feature would you like to see?

Sometimes I select high reasoning to plan a feature and would like to use medium reasoning to implement the plan. I can do it with some workarounds, but it would be way better if user could change reasoning level and agent to implement the plan when the user is asked to implement the plan.

Additional information

It could keep the model and reasoning level selects available when asking the user to implement the plan, at least in the VS Code extension.
