Bring back the diff view - I can view the entire file but not the diff - it's poor review UX!

The diff view is gone. I don't need a file viewer!
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Ask a chat thread to edit file - in the "summary" at end of it's turn, it opens a file rather than diff view! - earlier I could view the diff there ( and also during the "working" process - which were both super useful)

also this seems to be a problem if it works outside of a repo. While inside a Git repository it shows the git for me, however when outside of a repo I cannot view the last-turn diff, like I could before.
It did not used to be an issue, but now if the repository does not have git enabled it will not properly show the difference.
If I ask it to edit a .tex file, it will do so then auto compile the PDF, linking the PDF and not the line changes to the .tex. A workaround I found was to tell it not to compile the PDF and then the line changes of the .tex were shown at the end of each chat step.
