When you say that it crashed, did the CLI process terminate, or was it just a warning message that was output?
Based on the logs you uploaded (thanks for doing that!), I suspect this might be related to https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/17549, which I just posted a PR to fix.
I was running it in a tmux pane and that pane just died.
