Are you using the standard OpenAI endpoint, or are you using Azure Foundry-hosted models?

hello @etraut-openai I am facing similar problem. With Azure Foundry, when I m trying to use gpt 5.5 I always get the same "429 Too Many Requests" error. thread ID 019e266c-3372-7330-8283-61ec0f6e94c4. OpenAI Codex version v0.130.0
