Github Plugin not showing organization

What issue are you seeing?

GitHub connector appears broken for org installation/access.

Environment:

• Codex desktop
• GitHub account: turrbo
• I am the org owner
• Linear connector works in the same app/session

Behavior:

• GitHub auth flow appears and can complete
• Connector sometimes authenticates as my user
• But it returns no orgs, no installations, and no repositories
• At other times it falls back to “401 Reauthentication required”
• I removed/re-added the connector, revoked/re-authorized GitHub access, and adjusted org app restrictions
• The org still never appears in connector results
