just got this same issue . is there any way to fix ?
I fixed it on my local.
I was using headroom. Basically if you are using any proxy such that all your openai calls route via that proxy. Then account switching or login will not behave as expected.
I disable the proxy (in my case headroom) when i need to login + browser cache delete sometimes.
This fixes it.
