can’t see my Codex usage, and the dictate feature also isn’t working

Hi, I currently can’t see my Codex usage, and the dictate feature also isn’t working for me on either the mobile app or the desktop app.

Current issues:

Codex usage page is not showing my usage
Dictate feature is failing on mobile
Dictate feature is failing on desktop
This is affecting me across multiple surfaces, so it may be an account or service issue rather than a single-device problem.

Please check whether there is a current issue with usage visibility or dictation for my account.
