After updating Codex App to the latest version, the "Branch out" action is no longer visible under a message.
I used this frequently to branch from a specific message context, and now I cannot find that action in the message UI anymore.
No explicit error is shown; the UI action just appears to be missing.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Update Codex App to the latest version.
- Open a thread with assistant/user messages.
- Look at the actions under a message (or open the message action menu).
- Observe that the "Branch out" action is not present.
What is the expected behavior?
The "Branch out" button/action should appear under each message (or in the message action menu) as before, so a branch can be created from that message.
Additional information
This feels like a regression from previous app behavior and impacts normal workflow significantly.
If this was intentionally moved/renamed, a discoverable replacement would help.

Closing this since the behavior is now understood: the "Branch out" action appears under Codex output messages (not user messages) in the updated UI, so this is not a bug.
