Codex App: "Branch out" button missing under message after latest update

What issue are you seeing?

After updating Codex App to the latest version, the "Branch out" action is no longer visible under a message.

I used this frequently to branch from a specific message context, and now I cannot find that action in the message UI anymore.

No explicit error is shown; the UI action just appears to be missing.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Update Codex App to the latest version.
2. Open a thread with assistant/user messages.
3. Look at the actions under a message (or open the message action menu).
4. Observe that the "Branch out" action is not present.

What is the expected behavior?

The "Branch out" button/action should appear under each message (or in the message action menu) as before, so a branch can be created from that message.

Additional information

This feels like a regression from previous app behavior and impacts normal workflow significantly.

If this was intentionally moved/renamed, a discoverable replacement would help.
