Plugins screen ("Make Codex work your way") renders blank panel and clipped rows on macOS

The "Make Codex work your way" plugins screen renders incorrectly.

What happens

  • Left panel is blank black (only a thin blue left-edge accent and a stray "F" visible at the bottom).
  • Right column plugin rows render but are clipped on their left edge, so names appear as "…nage Slack", "…nage Gmail" (✓), "…rence issues and…", "…e Drive, Docs, Sheets, an…".
  • Featured plugin thumbnail is cropped. Search bar and title render fine.

Looks like the plugins screen doesn't handle the empty/error state from the bundled marketplace resolver gracefully.
