Codex replies to my previous message, not the latest one

What issue are you seeing?

During a conversation in Codex, randomly the agent will reply not to my latest question, but to the previous one (the one which was already answered). This started to happen more frequently in the past week. If I ask the agent to write to me, verbatim, my last message, it will copy the previous one and not actually the latest one, further corroborating my point.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
