admin setup sandbox issue

What issue are you seeing?

Codex is failing to start the task environment for this project.

Observed behavior:

• Error shown: “Couldn’t set up admin sandbox”
• The previous prompt card keeps blinking / reappearing
• UI offers: “Use backup sandbox”
• Task does not proceed normally

Please diagnose and recover the environment for this project.
Requested actions:

1. Retry provisioning the sandbox for the current task
2. Fall back to the backup sandbox if the primary sandbox fails
3. Preserve the existing project state and prior prompt context
4. Report whether the failure is due to:

• sandbox provisioning
• auth/session
• GitHub connection
• network restriction
• workspace permission issue

1. If the environment is corrupted, recreate the sandbox and continue the task without changing project files unexpectedly

I’m unable to use Codex because the environment will not start.
