Codex Skills menu not found

What feature would you like to see?

Previously, there was a skills menu in the codex plugin where you could see the relevant installed skills. Currently, there is no such menu, only a plugin menu, which makes it difficult to visually see the locally installed skills. This feature is very useful, why remove it?
