Agent editing a markdown does not result in usual "Undo or Review" button:

but instead a less clear diff with single "open" button

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Ask agent to edit a single markdown file.

Diff showing correctly if > 1 file is affected.

What is the expected behavior?
